付款接受方式

What type of payment do you accept?
For our new customer all invoices are payable in U.S. dollars. Visa or MasterCard is also accepted. Please be aware that all first time buyers or first time orders must be made prepayment. If you wish for your future orders to be shipped on C.O.D terms you will still need to give us your credit card information for C.O.D. guaranteed. No charges will apply unless checks are returned. Any returned checks are subjected to a $20.00 penalty fee.
If you are an existing customer, your order will be processed with the same shipping terms as we have in our system.

How long does it take to process my order?
We are almost always prompt with our shipment. Currently our online order processing is made in 5 business day. However, depending on the type of shipping method selected will determine how fast you will receive your order. If you need your order to be rushed please specify 'Rush' and when you want your order to be shipped. We try our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. Please note that during the Holiday Season orders may take additional time.

Which shipping companies do you use?
Freight: All orders, unless stated otherwise, are shipped via USPS OR UPS.
FOB Ontario, CA
For all C.O.D terms please be aware that C.O.D. charges are $8.50 per cartons plus the regular shipping fee. Again, all C.O.D shipment must be Visa or MasterCard guaranteed. No charges will apply unless check returned. For all our International Overseas orders including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada all shipping is made Via Post Office.

What is your Return Policy?
You should return the item to us within 30 days from the date of shipping, to arrange for an exchange or refund. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for each unopened item ($5 if item was less than $20). No refund will be granted after 30 days. You must return items in unused or unopened condition with all original packaging and materials included. Opened items are Non Refundable. All 'Free Gifts' received with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded.
Refunds are not granted on products which are not returned with the Free Gift. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service department, before the returned merchandise can be accepted by us. Returning without authorization will not be refunded.
